Our patented 2" Hitch Bar is one of a kind! With two unique features, it stands out from others. The expander ball — part of the hitch bar since conception — is an anti-wobble mechanism that stabilizes the rack into the receiver. This is achieved using our proprietary security wrench to activate the ant-wobble mechanism.

The machine slot, new to the hitch bar, was developed through customer feedback. The biggest request was the ability to lock the bike rack to the vehicle. We could have done this simply by putting a hole through the hitch bar, but it would limit the flexibility of moving the rack in or out of the receiver.

Instead, we machined a 3" long slot that allows customers to push the rack tight into the vehicle. Others with a recessed receiver can pull the rack out to avoid obstructions. A Hitch Bar Lock and our proprietary security wrench give customers two types of security. This design is compatible with all previous 2" models.
