We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why you can return your 1UP product for a refund anytime within 60 days of the original purchase date. It’s simple:
■ Contact Us to request your pre-paid UPS return label.
■ We’ll send you a printable version via email or a pre-printed copy via UPS.
■ Package your item(s) in the original packaging and drop off at your nearest UPS depot.
■ All returns must be in original packaging or will be subject to a restocking fee. 1UP does not provide replacement packaging.
■ Your refund will be issued 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned package(s).
