Xtreme Duty (XD) is our toughest, highest-capacity bike rack built for riders who demand more from their gear. Engineered to carry up to 150 lbs per tray, the XD pushes the limits of what’s possible with an all-aluminum rack. From standard bikes to the heaviest e-motos in your lineup, it’s designed to haul virtually any bike with confidence.
Reinforced throughout to handle extreme loads and punishing off-road conditions, the XD delivers durability where it matters most. Double bent arms secure your bike by the tires only, eliminating frame and fork contact, while the quick-load lever system makes loading fast, secure, and easy for bikes ranging from 16” to 29” wheels and up to 5.25” wide.
For bikes over 75 lbs or more extreme off-road conditions, our recommended Wheel Chock reduces steer tube rotation and bike movement, providing extra stability.
The Slotted Hitch Bar allows for 3 inches of depth adjustment while still utilizing the included Hitch Bar Lock. Our proprietary security wrench engages an integrated anti-wobble expander ball, ensuring a rock-solid connection to your 2” or 2.5” hitch receiver.
Available as a dedicated single base rack, XD can accommodate up to two Add-On trays and a wide range of accessories to build the setup you need. With a complete lineup of replacement parts, your bikes and gear will be hauled safely for years to come.
