The Wheel Saver increases the contact patch of the rack arm to add stability to the front wheel while adding some protection for high-end wheels.
This optional accessory is often used where your rack is exposed to additional stress, like on the top of a vehicle, high up on the back of a van or trailer, or for a more spirited driving style.
Use it on the front wheel only or both wheels for the most stable setup.
Standard: The original Wheel Saver works with road and gravel tires up to 45mm wide. It's compatible with the QR, HD, and SD racks.
XL: New for 2025, the XL Wheel Saver works with road, gravel, and MTB tires up to 2.6" wide. Clip it on to the QR, EQ, HD, or SD arms and increase the contact patch for additional stability.
