We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why you can return your 1UP product for a refund anytime within 60 days of the original purchase date. It’s simple:
Contact Us to request your pre-paid UPS return label.
â– Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada do not qualify for free return shipping.
â– Only authorized products to be returned will be accepted/refunded.
â– Items must be free of damage unless previously discussed and authorized to be returned.
â– Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We’ll send you either a printable UPS return label via email or a pre-printed copy via UPS.
â– Package your item(s) in the original packaging and drop it off at your nearest UPS depot.
â– All returns must be in original packaging or will be subject to a restocking fee. 1UP does not provide replacement packaging.
â– Your refund will be issued 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned package(s).
