Yep. If your order totals $550 or more,* we’ll throw-in FREE UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the U.S. contiguous 48 states!**

*Some items do not qualify for free shipping when exceeding $550. **Orders under $550 subject to a minimal shipping charge for UPS Ground services to the U.S. contiguous 48 states. Upgrade to UPS Next Day Air (Overnight), or UPS Second Day Air (2-Day) for additional charge. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada is extra.



As you may know, based on a June 2018 U.S. Supreme Court Ruling, an increasing number of states are now requiring out-of-state vendors to register and collect sales tax.  If your order shows sales tax at the checkout, it is correct. If your purchase(s) are not subject to sales tax, please send the appropriate tax exempt certificate to with your order number in the subject line.



■ UPS Ground shipping is estimated one to five business days after the order is placed, based on location unless product delays are noted.

■ UPS sends a generated email with tracking information after the order is shipped.

■ UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs.

■ A $20 shipping fee will be charged if the shipping address needs to be changed after the order is placed.

■ If the ship-to address provided on the order is incorrect, 1UP USA is not liable to change this or for the missing packages.

■ If the wrong quantities or incorrect items are purchased, the customer will be responsible to use their preferred shipping carrier to ship the products back.

■ LLC is not responsible for stolen packages after UPS delivery confirmation.

■ By submitting your order you are agreeing the entered “ship-to” address is safe and secure for delivery without a signature required.

■ NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE – If ‘Signature Required’ was selected during check out, UPS Drivers attempt 3 deliveries before the package/s is either held at the nearest UPS Facility for pick-up or returned to 1UP llc. If the package is returned to 1UP llc, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.



We appreciate Canadian business and have made efforts to make shipping to Canada simple and affordable for our customers. Canadian and international customers will be responsible for taxes, duty, and brokerage fees by UPS standards.

Returns and Refunds



We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why you can return your 1UP product for a full refund anytime within 60 days of the original purchase date. It’s simple:


■ Request your pre-paid UPS return label.

■ We’ll send you a printable version via email or a pre-printed copy via USPS or UPS.

■ Package your item(s) in the original packaging* and drop off at your nearest UPS depot.
*All returns must be in original packaging or will be subject to a restocking fee. 1UP does not provide replacement packaging.

■ Your refund will be issued 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned package(s).





All 1UP USA brand products include 100% lifetime warranty protectionfrom factory defects or breakage under normal use. Warranty does not cover conditions beyond 1UP USA’s control, including but not limited to:*


■ Theft
■ Vandalism
■ Collision
■ Product misuse
■ Chemical reactions
■ Oxidation from different coastal environments and UV variances**

NOTICE! LLC is no longer replacing stolen racks due to the steep increase in theft. We recommend using a short cable lock or U-lock to secure your investment to your vehicle’s receiver. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.


*Warranty valid for original product purchaser only. Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims. Hawaii, Alaska, and international customers will be required to pay for shipping on the product under warranty.


**1UP USA racks are constructed of aluminum and the majority of the fasteners are stainless steel. Certain environments will still be conducive to corrosion or oxidation. All hardware should be inspected periodically. If replacement parts are needed, please contact 1UP USA or your local hardware store.
